The 16th Annual "100 MVP Managers" was announced on November 24, 2023. This year's theme, "Building Corporate Resilience," recognized 100 managers who have remained steadfast in their roles, created value, and made critical contributions to their organizations and teams. Living Fountain Chairman John Chan was honored in the "Sustainable Management" category, becoming one of the Top 100 MVP Managers.

Founded in 1991, Living Fountain is a renowned packaging company in Taiwan, dedicated to developing high-quality, non-toxic, eco-friendly packaging materials. The company has led the industry by investing in green manufacturing processes and utilizing low-carbon, circular materials to produce low-carbon packaging. Living Fountain was among the first in the industry to apply post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic to plastic pumps. In 2019, Chairman John Chan led his team into the unfamiliar tableware sector, insisting on using the safest and most sustainable plastic packaging materials, including Tritan and CPET (Crystallized PET), to create a full range of eco-friendly and stylish tableware that is 100% recyclable.
