3D Design & Prototype

3D printing, also known as three-dimensional printing, additive manufacturing or layer-by-layer manufacturing. It is a technology that builds objects by layer-by-layer printing using adhesive materials based on digital design model.

3D printers is a type of industrial robots. The most prominent advantage is that digital models could be designed directly from the computer without machining or any molds. It help manufacture large and small parts required by the industry, which is faster and more accurate than traditional parts. Thus, greatly shortening the product development cycle.

Living Fountain takes advanced 3D printing technology. After the final confirmation of the 3D design draft with the customer. We would use 3D printing to produce the printing sample for customers to confirm. And the confirmed sample would be so as to assist in the actual size of the product, packaging, labels, gift boxes, etc. for the final confirmation. It would also help to improve R&D production efficiency.

Adhering to environmentally friendly principles, Living Fountain utilizes 3D printing with PLA (Polylactic Acid) extracted from corn starch. The material is eco-friendly, with high stability in output. It provides easy support removal, contributing to more efficient processing.

Development and Design

Molding refers to the mold developing, designing and production. The production of molds and related equipment to achieve product design requires discussions and confirmation of design drafts in order to produce excellent molds.

Molding and Samples

Living Fountain Plastic Industrial Co., Ltd provides customized molding services. Customers put forward development needs, provide samples or ideas. We would discuss product direction and characteristics with customers, and then transfer the R&D department to draw 3D design drawings to 2D for customer review (if the customer has demand for 3D printing sample, it also could be provided by us for confirmation.) After the sample specifications are confirmed, the molds could be created for production, and the products required by customers could be mass-produced through the molds.

Equipment and Machines

The molding equipment of Living Fountain Plastic Industrial Co., Ltd includes traditional lathes, traditional milling machines, traditional grinders, centerless grinders, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, CNC electrical discharge machines, etc. professional equipment to assist customers in making precise mold creating.

Labelling Service

Labels have a variety of uses, like showing users the origin, manufacturer (such as brand name), use, expiration date and other information of related products, and could also be used to make design labels with image for easy identification.

Living Fountain provide label sourcing and labeling for customer as well. Customers could also provide label stickers which meet the product specifications of Living Fountain. We would be responsible for the labeling with many options, such as round labeling, Wrap-around labeling, side labeling and both side labeling.
